Occasionally we offer products at a discount or provide a coupon that gives the customer a special price. The decision to run a sale or offer a coupon is made a few hours before the sale is actually posted on the website. So if you ordered a product a week ago and today you see it's on sale, please be assured that when you placed your order we had no plans to offer that item at a discount, sometime in the near future. (We weren't keeping the upcoming sale a secret)
If you forget to use a coupon code that gives you a special discount, we will automatically process the order at the regular price - we won't enter the coupon for you and you won't get the discount. However, if you discover your error and call us BEFORE we physically process the order we MAY be able to override the system and give you the discount. Once an order has been processed or shipped, an override is not possible and we will not give you a refund for the amount of the discount. You may be eligible for a STORE CREDIT (see below).
Nobody likes to make a purchase at the regular price, and a few days later discover that the item went on sale. To be fair to our customers, here's how we'll handle it:
If you ordered an item and that item goes on sale within 3 business days of your order, contact us by phone or email within that same 3 day period, and we'll give you a STORE CREDIT in the amount of the discount. After 3 days you're outta luck, sorry.
If you forget to use the coupon code, or a coupon code is posted within 3 business days after you placed an order, contact us by phone or email within that same 3 day period, and we'll give you a STORE CREDIT in the amount of the coupon. After 3 days you're outta luck, sorry.
STORE CREDITS may only be redeemed as part of a new order valued greater than $50.00.
A STORE CREDIT is not a guarantee of a cash or credit card refund, it has no cash value, but can be used toward the purchase of other products. You will have to call us to redeem the store credit, it cannot be used for an online order. Customer is responsible for any taxes. Store credits expire after 30 days.
