Warranty:

Effective December 1, 2006 the warrantee on the CyclePump has been extended from 90 days, to one full year from date of retail purchase.  You must provide proof of purchase  showing the date you bought your CyclePump.  You must pay shipping fees to send the CyclePump to us, we'll pay the return shipping fees.  Note:  Before you send your CyclePump please call or email so we can try to work out the problem.  Often we can solve the issue over the phone, and many times it's not the CyclePump that's at fault (it could be a fuse on your bike or other electrical issue).

BestRest warrantees other products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.

Warrantee coverage is limited to customers and addresses in the United States only.  We do not offer a Warrantee to international customers due to the costs associated with shipping, duties, and other fees.  Warrantee may be available (at our discretion) if customer assumes all shipping costs and other fees.  Contact us for details.

Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of items found to be substantially defective. If a problem develops during the Warranty period please contact us for shipping instructions.

If an item is returned under Warranty, you'll pay the freight to ship the product to BestRest; we'll pay the return freight via ground freight or parcel post.  Expedited shipping will be at your expense.

If an item is returned and it's determined that the Warranty coverage does not apply, you will be responsible for return shipping and/or repair fees.  We'll contact you to discuss the fees.

Warrantee on IPF Bulbs and Lighting Systems

IPF bulbs are guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year against burnout or failure caused by manufacturing defects.  Warrantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation, hot spots on the glass globe caused by fingerprints or other foreign materials, voltage overloading, damage caused by collision or heavy shock, breakage, or other accidental damage or abuse.  Warrantee clock starts ticking on the date of retail purchase.

Due to the costs of shipping replacement bulbs, BestRest Products does not handle IPF warrantee claims thru our office.  Instead we will refer all warrantee claims directly to ARB USA, the importer of IPF lights and bulbs.  Bulbs or lighting systems sent to BestRest will be refused, or will be returned to the customer at their expense.

You must send the bulb directly to the IPF importer for a warrantee replacement.   If you have a warrantee claim you must follow these steps to obtain a replacement bulb.

1.       Call ARB USA at the following number:  1 (425) 264-1391

2.       Ask for the Tech Department - Tim, Robbie or Steve

3.       Tell them you have a warrantee claim for an IPF bulb

4.       Ask for an RGA (returned goods authorization) for a failed bulb

5.       Provide the date of purchase for the bulb – refer to your BestRest purchase invoice

6.       You will be given an RGA number

7.       Send the bulb to the following address:    ARB USA – IPF Lights

Attn:  Tech Department, RGA # _________

720 SW 34th Street

Renton, WA  98055-4814

Mark the RGA number plainly on the outside of the package, and include a note with a description of the problem, i.e. burned out bulb, etc.  Include your mailing address, and phone number.  If you have a copy of your sales receipt it is very helpful and it will speed the warrantee process.  You should note that you purchased the bulb through BestRest Products.

ARB will inspect the bulb and if it is determined that the bulb is covered under warrantee they will ship a replacement bulb free of charge.  All warrantee approvals will be solely at the discretion of ARB USA.
