You can enter your order online using this form. We'll process your order within 1 working day and send you a confirmation e-mail. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards for online orders.

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the overall order value. Click on the small pop-up menu and select your order value and you'll see your approximate domestic "Lower 48" shipping charges. We reserve the right to amend or correct shipping charges to reflect the actual shipping and handling costs.Shipments within the continental US will be made via UPS Ground, unless you request other methods of shipment. We can ship by other methods at your request but they may result in additional charges. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and international orders will result in additional shipping costs. E-mail us if you have questions about international shipments. 

Canadian and other international orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail; we do not use UPS or Fedex or DHL for these shipments. 

After you complete this order form, you'll be taken to a secure checkout screen. That's where you'll enter your billing address and payment information. You'll also have an opportunity to review your order, review shipping charges and review other information prior to completing your transaction.
