Compact HID light with a self-contained ballast. No remote ballast to be installed. When only the best will do, these are the lights for you.
At 30 watts (drawing only 3 amps), they're virtually plug and play, and their light output is BRILLIANTLY intense. 3 X brighter than halogen.
Available in a 12 degree SPOT pattern, or a 30 degree FLOOD pattern. Specify the desired pattern from the drop-down SIZE menu option.
Comes with a clear silicone lens cover to protect the glass lens. Amber covers are also available (ordered separately), so you can convert the bluish-white light to an amber (fog) light in seconds. Talk about daytime riding conspicuity!
The typical lifespan of the HID bulb can vary. If you run your lights all the time, you can expect to replace a bulb from time to time. Like the tires on your bike, these HID bulbs eventually wear out. Click here for Trail Tech's warranty policy on ballasts and bulbs.
When riding in the rain we STRONGLY recommend fitting the included clear silicone cover onto the light. That keeps water from being forced past the seals. We also recommend using silicone sealant on the wires, where they exit the wiring harness.
