BMW R 1150 GS

Ralle-Moto didn't forget about the earlier model GS’s. Those bikes are built to last. Their robust frame and suspension components, and the simplicity of their electrical systems (non-CANbust) ensure that they’ll be on the road for many years to come.   

Because these bikes are so big and powerful, a steering damper is easiest and most effective way to control handlebar movement when the going gets touch.  The damper prevents "head shake" and makes the bike stable in soft conditions. The rider can tackle any terrain with confidence, and they’ll have less fatigue on long trips.

This kit is a perfect for DIY installation.  It mounts with a top mount system, so the install is simple and relatively quick. The only modification needed is drilling 2 small 6mm holes in the frame behind the steering headset.  This doesn't effect your frame or reduce it’s strength in any way.  The kit comes with 2 small plugs that can be inserted in the drilled holes should you decide to remove the dampener.

- Ralle-Moto Steering Dampener unit
- 1 piece billet top dampener mount
- 1 piece billet frame clamp with post
- All fasteners and instructions

You will need to provide your own 6mm drill bit
